1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and GEVEI (“GEVEI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the GEVEI website, desktop software, web services, APIs, accounts, subscriptions and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, connecting a third-party account, downloading or using the Services, or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use GEVEI on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The legal seller identity, billing address and applicable tax information are shown at checkout and on the applicable invoice. Those details must match the merchant account used to process the transaction.
2. The Services
GEVEI provides creative software and AI-assisted tools that may analyze user-provided media, identify moments or highlights, assist with editing/export workflows, generate metadata, and connect to supported third-party services such as YouTube. Features may vary by product, plan, platform, region and release.
We may improve, modify, replace or discontinue features. Where a material change substantially reduces a paid feature, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice and, where required by applicable law, an appropriate remedy.
3. Accounts and Security
- Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
- Protect your login credentials, recovery methods and connected accounts.
- Do not share an account in a way that violates your plan or creates a security risk.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless caused by our failure to apply reasonable security measures required by law.
4. Software License
Subject to these Terms, the EULA / Software License Agreement and any applicable plan limits, GEVEI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the GEVEI software during the applicable license or subscription period for your permitted personal or business use.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass technical restrictions, remove proprietary notices, redistribute the software, or use it to build a competing product except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law or an open-source license governing a component.
5. Your Content and Rights
You retain ownership of videos, audio, images, text and other content you submit to GEVEI (“User Content”). You grant GEVEI only the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, analyze and return User Content to provide the Services you request, plus rights necessary to secure, maintain and improve the Services as permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process User Content, including any third-party material, personal data, music, trademarks or likenesses contained in it.
6. Acceptable Use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all laws applicable to your use of the Services. You may not use GEVEI for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive or harmful activity.
7. Paid Plans and Payments
Prices, plan features, billing period, applicable taxes and currency are shown at the point of purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers, including Razorpay where available. GEVEI does not ask you to send raw card numbers or banking credentials by email or support chat.

8. Third-Party Services
GEVEI may integrate with Google, YouTube, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers and other third parties. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. GEVEI is not responsible for a third party’s independent service availability, policy changes, account decisions or enforcement actions.
9. Intellectual Property
GEVEI and its licensors own the GEVEI software, website, branding, design, documentation and other GEVEI-provided materials, except for User Content and third-party/open-source components. See Intellectual Property.
10. AI and Automated Results
AI-assisted analysis and generated metadata may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, relying on them, or taking consequential action. See the AI & Automated Analysis Disclaimer.
11. Availability and Changes
The Services may experience maintenance, outages, delays, compatibility problems or third-party interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates, security fixes and compatibility changes that affect supported versions.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to prevent security abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, serious policy violations, non-payment, or harm to users or the Services. Where practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using GEVEI and close your account at any time. Paid subscriptions may have separate cancellation and refund rules.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee particular views, engagement, revenue, rankings, audience growth, viral performance, copyright clearance, platform approval or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GEVEI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify GEVEI from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your User Content, your infringement of third-party rights, or your material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by GEVEI’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to the mandatory consumer and other laws applicable to you. For matters not governed by mandatory local law, the governing law and dispute forum will be the jurisdiction of GEVEI’s legal operator as stated on the applicable invoice or legal notice. Nothing here removes rights that consumers cannot waive under their local law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Services or laws change. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where legally required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
