1. Security Measures
GEVEI uses reasonable security practices appropriate to the Services, which may include access controls, authentication, logging, least-privilege principles, secure transport and controlled handling of credentials. Specific controls may change as the system evolves.
2. Payment Security
Payment credentials are handled by payment providers rather than requested through GEVEI support. Do not send card details, passwords, OTPs or API secrets to us.
3. OAuth Security
GEVEI uses OAuth authorization rather than asking for your Google password. Connected credentials are restricted to systems and functions that require them.
4. Security Incidents
If we identify a security incident affecting personal information, we will take reasonable steps to contain, investigate and provide notifications required by applicable law.
5. Responsible Disclosure
Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. Please provide the affected URL/product, a concise description, reproduction steps and impact. Do not access, alter or delete another user’s data.
6. No Absolute Guarantee
No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Security statements describe reasonable measures, not an absolute guarantee against every attack.
