1. Why GEVEI Uses Google OAuth

GEVEI uses Google OAuth to let you securely connect supported Google services without giving GEVEI your Google password. For example, you may connect a YouTube channel so GEVEI can perform upload or channel-related actions that you explicitly request.

2. Google Data We May Access

The exact data depends on the scopes you authorize. It may include your Google account identifier, basic account information, YouTube channel information, authorization tokens and data required to complete an upload or related action.

GEVEI requests the narrowest scopes needed for the feature. You can decline or revoke access through Google account controls, subject to the effect this has on the connected feature.

3. How Google Data Is Used

• To connect the Google account/service you choose.
• To perform the user-requested upload or supported account action.
• To show connection status and diagnose authorization failures.
• To maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.

GEVEI does not sell Google API data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes. Google API data is not used for unrelated AI-model training.

4. Sharing

Google API data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the user-requested functionality, protect security, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted by Google’s API Services User Data Policy. If a feature requires another service to receive data, GEVEI will disclose that use and request appropriate authorization where required.

5. Storage and Retention

Authorization credentials and API data are retained only as necessary to maintain the connected feature, security and legal records. Access is restricted to systems and personnel that need it for those purposes.

6. Revoking Access

You can disconnect the service from GEVEI and revoke Google authorization through your Google Account security controls. If you disconnect the integration, GEVEI will stop making API calls using the revoked authorization, subject to technical processing already underway and legal retention obligations.

7. Google Limited Use

GEVEI’s handling of Google user data is intended to comply with Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Our Privacy Policy is the authoritative description of our Google-data practices and is kept consistent with the actual product behavior.
