1. You Keep Your Content Rights

You retain your ownership rights in User Content, subject to the rights of other people and third parties. GEVEI does not claim ownership of your original videos merely because you process them through the Services.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for having the rights, licenses and permissions needed to upload, analyze, edit and publish your content. This includes music, footage, images, logos, trademarks, likenesses, private information and material supplied by clients or collaborators.

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content available through GEVEI infringes your copyright, contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with identification of the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information and a statement made in good faith. We may request additional information and take action where appropriate.

4. Takedowns

We may remove or restrict content where required by law, court order, platform rules, or where reasonably necessary to address credible abuse, infringement or security risks.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Publishing content to YouTube or another platform does not transfer responsibility to GEVEI. You are responsible for complying with the destination platform’s content, copyright, monetization and community rules.

6. Personal Data in Content

Do not upload personal data you are not authorized to process. If your content contains another person’s personal information or likeness, you are responsible for obtaining the permissions required by applicable law.
