1. Permitted Use

You may use GEVEI for lawful creative, editing, analysis, publishing and business workflows that comply with these Terms and third-party platform rules.

2. Prohibited Conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Uploading or distributing content you do not have rights to use.
• Harassment, threats, targeted abuse or unlawful discrimination.
• Child sexual abuse material or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing, attacks, unauthorized access or evasion of security controls.
• Spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement or automated abuse of third-party services.
• Using GEVEI to make high-impact decisions about people where such use is unlawful or unsafe.
• Attempting to overload, scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt GEVEI infrastructure.
• Using the Services to violate Google, YouTube, payment-provider or other third-party policies.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including limiting features, removing content, suspending integrations or terminating accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties or GEVEI.
