This Privacy Policy explains how GEVEI collects and uses information when you visit gevei.com, create or use a GEVEI account, use GEVEI software, purchase a plan, contact support, or connect supported third-party services.

4. Google API / Google User Data

When you connect a Google service, GEVEI accesses only the Google data required for the feature you choose and the scopes presented in the authorization flow. For YouTube-related features, this may include channel/account identifiers, channel information, and permissions needed to upload or manage content you ask GEVEI to manage.

Google API data is used only to provide or improve user-facing GEVEI functionality that you requested. GEVEI does not sell Google API data, use Google API data for targeted advertising, or use it to determine eligibility for credit, insurance or similar financial decisions. We do not transfer Google API data to third parties except where necessary to provide the requested feature, comply with law, protect security, or as otherwise permitted under Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

We do not use Google API data for unrelated AI-model training. Any materially different use would require appropriate disclosure and consent where required.

Google user data is handled in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may share information with service providers that process it on our behalf, such as hosting, infrastructure, authentication, payment processing, customer support, security and analytics providers, subject to appropriate contractual or technical controls. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell personal information as a business model.

Payment details are handled through supported payment providers. GEVEI receives transaction and billing information necessary to confirm and administer your purchase. We do not intentionally store raw card numbers or card security codes on GEVEI systems.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal/accounting requirements. Retention periods can differ by data type and legal obligation.
