GEVEI owns or licenses the website, software, product names, logos, designs, documentation and other materials made available by GEVEI, except third-party/open-source materials and User Content.
2. User Content
You retain rights in your original User Content. You grant GEVEI only the rights needed to provide the features you request and operate the Services as described in the Terms and Privacy Policy.
3. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, GEVEI may use that feedback without compensation or restriction, provided doing so does not identify you in a way prohibited by our Privacy Policy.
4. Trademarks
GEVEI names, logos and branding may not be used in a way that implies sponsorship or endorsement without permission. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
5. Open Source
Some GEVEI software may include open-source components. Those components remain subject to their applicable licenses. See Licenses for notices where published.
6. IP Notices
