International Use

1. Global Availability

GEVEI may be available to users in multiple countries. Features, payment methods, taxes, pricing, consumer rights and service availability can vary by location.

2. Mandatory Local Rights

Nothing in GEVEI’s policies is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be waived under the mandatory laws of your country or region. Where local law provides a stronger consumer, privacy or refund protection, that protection applies to the extent required.

3. Taxes and Import Matters

Digital services may be subject to VAT, GST, sales tax, digital-services tax or similar charges. Customers are responsible for taxes that are legally imposed on them unless GEVEI is required to collect them.

4. International Payments

International card payments are subject to payment-provider availability, sanctions, local restrictions, card-issuer rules and GEVEI eligibility. A payment may be declined even when a plan is displayed on the website.

5. Sanctions and Restricted Use

You may not use GEVEI in violation of applicable sanctions, export controls or trade restrictions. We may restrict access where necessary to comply with law or provider requirements.

6. Language

The English version of GEVEI’s legal policies is the primary reference for international use unless a translated version is expressly designated as controlling under applicable law.
